Our competitors will give you a confusing price list, that seems to change continually. Why? Typically to give them the advantage when it comes time to pay. We offer superior service, at an easy to understand flat-rate. We think you’ll appreciate that. Our goal is that you’ll call us again, and refer us to your friends and associates. *The Fine Print
Onsite service is within a 25 mile radius of local service area, downtown Nashville. A trip charge of $25 now applies to all appointments, and may be slightly more if outside our local service area as described above. Our flat rate is labor only, additional charges may apply for parts and/or software. Flat rate pricing is one-hour minimum with 15 minute increments thereafter. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% additional fee. Repairs that are beyond the scope of our technicians may be contracted out to qualified sub-contractors. Network and Security offers apply to computers running Windows 7, 8 and 10 only, older versions of Windows will be supported at our discretion. Upgrades and digital products must be compatible with system and software. Cancellation fee of $69 will apply if appointment is not cancelled at least 12 hours minimum in advance. Payments due at time of services rendered. GeekChristians.com will not be responsible for data loss under any circumstances.
